My client is a purpose driven business who service an essential and in demand sector in Australia. They are undergoing a strong period of investment in their systems and finance team for the future

This is a newly created role for a commercial sound finance business partner to help shape the future of this forwarding looking FP&A; function, as part of a newly formed and focussed team.

You’ll create value through making sense of financial and business data, providing insights and in influencing decisions on areas of opportunity. The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, strengthening financial capability across the organisation,



and ensuring resources are allocated to maximise impact.

Whilst also contributing to team and business wide models and support planning and analysis, as well as providing input into key finance policies and processes.

About you

- Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a business partnering role with a track record in calling out areas of risk and opportunity
- Excel skills including modelling for business cases, scenario analysis or CAPEX
- Experience in overseeing repair & maintenance costs are highly regarded
- Effective communicator, including written and verbal, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of IT and how to derive benefits from these systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
