About the Position

We are looking for either:

- An experienced, high-performing sales consultant ready to take the next step in their recent-home sales career; or
- A motivated sales trainee with the passion, confidence and determination to learn, grow and excel.

Based at our beautiful South Brisbane display home, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients visiting the display centre or making enquiries through our online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

You will guide clients through the new-home sales journey, from their initial enquiry and discovery meeting through to preliminary agreements, quotations and contract presentation.

This is a fast-paced, performance-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets and helping clients bring their new-home vision to life.

About You

You may already be an experienced sales professional, or you may be looking for the opportunity to build a successful career in new-home sales.

- A genuine passion for sales, residential building and helping clients

- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong motivation, resilience and a willingness to be accountable for results
- The ability to follow up consistently and confidently ask for the sale
- A competitive mindset and the drive to meet and exceed KPIs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to learn new systems, products and processes
- Availability to work weekends, which is essential for this display home-based position

Previous success in sales, retail, property, customer service or another consumer-focused environment will be highly regarded. Experience in residential building or new-home sales is advantageous but not essential for the right trainee applicant.
