Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring an experienced Contract Administrator into their project team. This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation in the market, working alongside experienced construction professionals on projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

About the role

- Manage subcontract procurement and tender award processes.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
- Review trade scopes, quotations and subcontract packages.
- Monitor project budgets, costs and forecasts.
- Manage variations, progress claims and contractual documentation.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation.
- Support the successful commercial delivery of projects.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Exposure to commercial, multi-storey or large-scale construction projects.
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.
