We are seeking an enthusiastic, art-loving

Sales Assistant to join our tight-knit team. This isn’t just a "behind the counter" job—you will be a key brand ambassador, helping our customers find the perfect piece for their homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Customer Connection:

Providing an outstanding, warm level of care and managing ongoing client relationships.

- Store Artistry:

Using your flair for merchandising and stock management to keep the store and gallery looking impeccable.

- Operational Excellence:

Using your computer skills and familiarity with POS software to manage sales and assist the Manager with additional tasks.

- Gallery Support:

Safely handling, hanging, and organising the presentation of original artworks.

What We Require

- Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in retail (essential).





- The "Moontree" Vibe:

A genuine interest in art and Australian-made products with a professional, "can-do" attitude.

- Reliability:

You must be available for weekend work and Public Holidays as required by the business roster.

- Physical Capability:

You will be active in the store and back-of-house areas. This includes the ability to lift up to 15kg, climb ladders, and use equipment to hang or take down artworks in line with safety standards.

- Attention to Detail:

High standards in housekeeping and general store presentation.
