Dangerfield is Melbourne’s original cult alternative fashion brand. Since 1986, we’ve been shaping a style that’s rebellious, expressive, and unapologetically individual. From punk and goth to vintage and playful, our stores are built on self-expression and an anti-uniform approach to fashion.

We’re looking for casual retail assistants who bring personality, energy, and a strong sense of style to the floor. If you see fashion as a form of self-expression and know how to turn a look into a statement, you’ll feel at home here.

What you’ll be doing

- Create memorable experiences for every customer
- Build genuine connections and turn customers into loyal regulars
- Support the team to hit sales targets and keep the store running smoothly
- Bring our subversive, expressive style to life through styling and merchandising
- Help create a store environment that feels expressive, welcoming, and unmistakably Dangerfield

About you

- You have a strong personal style and love alternative fashion
- You’re confident, approachable, and know how to connect with people
- You bring energy to the team and thrive in a collaborative environment
- You inspire customers through styling and help them feel confident
- A bonus if you've worked in retail before
- We are looking for someone to specifically be able to help out during the busy World of Wearable arts season! Needs to be able to work at least 1 week day and 1 weekend day during this time
