Our team is based all over Australia and we are currently looking for a Melbourne based Sales Consultant to join our team.

Summary of Position:

As the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving tele-sales and tele-marketing activities to new and existing clients. You will generate leads, manage small sales deals over the phone, and schedule larger sales deals with the business development managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic activities that create lead generation.
- Drive conversions of leads into sales.
- Book appointments for business development managers for large sales deals.
- Qualify leads through effective questions and listening.
- Ensure that all leads in the CRM have all key criteria/data up to date.
- Onsite back to base sales for existing customers.
- Review call scripts quarterly to ensure communications are on brand.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience required
- Proficient in the use of CRM,

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to build and foster business relationships
- Drive to generate sales and meet sales targets
- Active listening, qualification and questioning skills
- Strategic prospecting skills
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage various tasks simultaneously
