Role Description The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

The Sales

Consultant will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their shed and construction needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and guiding customers through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to closing the sale. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge,



coordinating with construction and installation teams, updating sales records and CRM systems, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in construction, building products, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site retail or showroom environment and using basic computer and CRM tools.
- Ability to work full time, manage multiple customer inquiries, and meet sales targets ethically.
- Valid work authorization in Australia; a valid driver’s license is essential for site visits.
