top3 by design is looking for a new team member to join us in our Melbourne showroom, Richmond.

This is a role for someone who loves design, not just as decoration. We are looking for someone who understands the beauty of proportion, precision, materiality and restraint. Someone who can see why the Bauhaus philosophy still matters. Someone who believes that the best homes are not filled with more things, but with more considered things.

At top3, we regularly advise our customers to buy less and buy better.

That means helping them choose pieces with integrity, longevity and purpose. Our German Masters Collective is a major part of that story,



bringing together brands such as Rolf Benz, COR, Draenert, Decor Walther, Moeller Design, Freifrau, Janua and Schotten & Hansen. Alongside Scandinavian brands like Muuto, LK Hjelle, Stelton, and Iittala, top3 by design offers a curated edit of thoughtfully designed furniture and accessories.

You will work with a passionate team, help clients discover exceptional pieces, and be surrounded by some of the finest International design and manufacturing in the world.
