Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to fill a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth business operations. As a vital member of the Sales team, this role is responsible for the crucial initial steps in the sales process, ensuring efficiency and support for the Account Executive (AE) team.

Key responsibilities include triaging and prequalifying all inbound sales leads, responding promptly to general customer and support renewal enquiries, and preparing accurate quotations and proposals. The role requires solid operational support, meticulous CRM data management for reliable reporting, and continuous product knowledge development to enhance the quality of sales support and qualification across the entire Sales team. This position works collaboratively with internal departments to ensure streamlined outcomes for all customer accounts.

Core Duties:

Activities include, but are not limited to:

- Triage and prequalify all inbound sales leads, ensuring only well-qualified leads with a commercial opportunity are passed to the sales executives
- Respond promptly to general customer enquiries, gather initial required information, and escalate technical or complex sales questions as required
- Prepare, review, and deliver precise and competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring they align with customer requirements




- Ensure CRM data is accurately input, maintained, and kept current, providing the foundation for reliable sales reporting and forecasting used by the Sales team.
- Provide direct operational and administrative support to the sales area, enhancing the overall efficiency of the Sales team.
- Enrolling customers in training classes
- Assist with generating recurring sales reports, pipeline analysis documentation, and presentation materials
- Assist with customer support contract renewal processing, ensuring all requirements and timelines are met to aid in customer retention and account stability.
- Work collaboratively with all internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure accurate and streamlined outcomes.
- Understand and follow the company's internal processes.
- Work to continuously increase product knowledge, both technically and commercially, to improve the quality of sales support and qualification provided to the entire Sales team.
- Work to successfully achieve KPIs/Targets as set by the company.

Requirements:

- Experience using sales CRM software desirable
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
