WOW Recruitment is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on civil, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects.

- $75 – 80k plus super and comms OTE $120k++
- Hybrid role – Minutes from Public Transport
- Opportunity to step into AE role

You’ll play a key role in building a pipeline, engaging key stakeholders, and growing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders across the civil and construction sectors. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll create new opportunities, support growth initiatives, and help expand an already established market presence.

? The Role

- Identify new opportunities across infrastructure projects and target accounts throughout ANZ
- Generate new business through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Book quality meetings with senior decision-makers and project teams
- Drive growth across the civil and construction sectors
- Work closely with Account Executives to move deals through the sales process




- Build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, developers, and key project stakeholders
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date with accurate activity and opportunities

? About you

- Confident with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to identify target accounts and navigate large organisations
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by achieving results
- Previous sales experience within the building and construction industry, including general construction, civil, access hire, or Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders
