Duties
In this role you will advise clients across a broad range of property matters, including:

- Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Major property development projects
- Commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters




- Development and joint venture agreements
- Property due diligence

Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:

- 6+ years' PAE in property law
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience across commercial property transactions, developments and leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The confidence to communicate directly with clients
- The ability to manage matters with autonomy
- An ambitious, qualified and collaborative approach
