Guest Service Supervisor

Brady Hotels & Apartments is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Guest Service Supervisors to join our growing team across our Melbourne CBD properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about guest service, enjoy leading by example and are ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Front Office Manager and hotel leadership team, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while supporting the daily operation of the hotel.

About the Role

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will lead from the front, providing exceptional service to our guests while supporting and mentoring the Guest Service team.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, service recovery, training team members and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.
- Lead and support Guest Service Agents during shifts.
- Assist with training, coaching and developing team members.
- Manage guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery.




- Ensure effective check-in and check-out processes.
- Support daily hotel operations and shift management.
- Maintain high presentation and service standards.
- Act as a role model for Brady Hotels' service culture.

About You

- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services or Hospitality.
- Supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems is advantageous.
