About the role

As a key member of our service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their experience reflects the quality and prestige of the BMW brand. Your role will include:

- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
- Communicating vehicle progress and repair details
- Providing accurate cost estimates and explanations of work performed
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention




- Liaising between customers and the workshop
- Creating repair orders that accurately detail customers service and repair requirements
- Meet and maintain Hornsby BMW & BMW KPI's

Skills and experience

- A passion for customer service anddrive to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent I.T and organisational skills
- Be well personally presented as well as professional in your communication
- Be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to build rapport
- Main dealer experience in a similar role is very favourable
- Salesexperience or customer complaints resolution experience is a benefit
