Our client is a leading digital business seeking a Braze Specialist - Marketing Manager to create automated lifecycle journeys, deliver targeted communications and drive customer growth.

This is a hands‑on CRM role ideal for someone who enjoys marketing automation, copywriting, segmentation, and data‑driven optimisation. You’ll manage Braze journeys, write email/social copy, build campaigns, run A/B tests and analyse performance ensuring leads stay engaged and move through the funnel.

This is a full‑time role based in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility.

The Prospect

You’ll be responsible for:

- Building automated lifecycle journeys in Braze
- Writing email/SMS/push copy for nurture, onboarding and re‑engagement
- Segmenting audiences based on behaviour, suburb, lead stage and intent
- Running A/B tests across subject lines, CTAs, incentives and content blocks
- Managing broadcast campaigns including newsletters and promotional pushes
- Analysing performance across open, click, conversion and SQL progression
- Collaborating with marketing, product and Webflow developers on full‑funnel optimisation




- Ensuring Braze data flows correctly via API integrations and tracking

About You

We’re looking for a CRM marketer with strong copywriting skills and experience using Braze or similar CEP’s

You’ll likely bring:

- 5-7 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing
- Experience using Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar
- Strong written communication skills for email, SMS and social copy
- Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and retention strategy
- Ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with internal teams
