About the role

Solomons Flooring & Sultans Blinds Maroochydore is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Home Improvements Consultant to join our national award winning team. This is a full-time position based in Maroochydore, QLD. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and their dream home improvements, providing expert guidance on flooring & window solutions.

You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth whilst building lasting relationships with clients who value quality, craftsmanship and exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where your expertise and interpersonal skills will directly impact your success.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming customers into the showroom, visiting their homes and conducting consultations to understand their home improvement needs, preferences and requirements. Building dreams.
- Preparing accurate proposals tailored to individual customers
- Guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry through to order completion.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall goals of the business
- Maintaining an organised and qualified showroom environment that showcases products effectively
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and a solution-focused approach

What we're looking for Proven sales exerperience.

- Someone who will love coming to our work place that encourages & promotes personal lifestyle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Excellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information about flooring and home improvement products
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting client needs




- Proficiency in using sales systems. We are industry leaders in customer record management with tailored software to assist in your sucess
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A professional appearance and demeanour within a casaul working enviroment.
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites when required
