Role Description This part-time remote role as Sales & Marketing Specialist / Sales Manager at El Test de Turing – Podcast de Inteligencia Artificial focuses on growing audience reach and sponsorship revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential sponsors, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating partnership agreements aligned with the podcast’s brand and values.

The role also involves designing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating social media promotions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies. The specialist/manager will collaborate closely with the podcast hosts and production team to align sales and marketing initiatives with episode themes and release schedules. Additional tasks may include preparing sales materials, maintaining documentation in CRM tools, and providing regular reports on results and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal messaging and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Customer Service experience,



with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing responsive, professional support to partners and listeners.
- Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or media-related environments.
- Training and Sales Management skills, such as coaching team members, organizing workflows, and helping standardize sales and outreach processes.
- Experience or strong interest in marketing podcasts, digital media, or technology, preferably with basic knowledge of AI topics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using online collaboration tools, CRM or sales tracking software, and social media platforms for outreach and promotion.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales is a plus; relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
