Sales Coordinator

This isn't a traditional administration role. You'll be the connection between our customers, sales team and operational teams, helping turn opportunities into successful outcomes. From coordinating quotations and supporting commercial activities to building strong customer relationships, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects moving and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll work closely with our commercial and operational teams to support customers throughout the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include

- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and supporting an exceptional customer experience.
- Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial documentation.
- Coordinating opportunities from enquiry through to project handover.




- Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting sales reporting.
- Working closely with technical, operational and finance teams to ensure projects transition smoothly.
- Assisting with contract administration and customer communications.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement across the sales function.

About you We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and takes ownership of their work.

You'll be successful if you have:

- Experience in sales support, commercial administration, customer service or a similar coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to build relationships across different teams.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience within engineering, construction, utilities or renewable energy is beneficial, but not essential. Why join ART?
