This is not a conventional BDR role. You will be Outercite's first dedicated sales team: creating pipeline,
running discovery and demos, closing customers, and helping the founders build the go-to-market engine as we grow. AI is changing how buyers discover and evaluate brands: when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity who to trust, the answer can shape the buying decision before a traditional search or sales conversation begins. Outercite helps brands understand where they appear in AI-generated answers, verify those results, identify competitive gaps, and take the actions most likely to improve visibility.
We are looking for a commercially minded builders who wants more ownership than a typical sales position offers. You will work directly with the founders, learn the product deeply and help decide which customers, messages and sales motions can scale. What you will own; Build the pipeline.
Identify priority accounts, create target lists and run thoughtful outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone, events and your own network. Run the full sales cycle. Lead discovery,
demonstrate the product, shape the commercial case,
manage follow-up and close current accounts. Find the repeatable motion. Test segments, offers, messaging and channels; document what works and turn it into Outercite's first sales playbook. Create commercial feedback loops. Bring customer objections, buying signals and product feedback directly into company decisions. Own the numbers. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast clearly and manage your activity,
opportunities and follow-through without needing to be chased. Represent the company.
