Primary role is suited to:
- Full-time
- Sales + Project Administrator
- Hybrid Role – Work from home option.
- Organised, proactive + detail orientated
- Comfortable with computers, systems + keeping things in their place
- Someone who likes getting things done, following up + making progress
- Ready to grow with a young, ambitious business
Primary Tasks: Sales + Project Admin
- Support sales team with leads, opportunities + quotes
- Coordinate projects from quote through to installation + completion
- Manage customer communication,
onboarding + follow-ups
- Handle invoicing, documentation + general admin support
Previous Experience Required:
- Experience in Sales Admin, Project Admin or Customer Service
- Strong computer + IT skills
- Excellent written + verbal communication
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
