About the Role
Thanks to the continued growth and success of the business, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join the team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll work alongside three experienced Sales Representatives and be supported by a team of four Internal Sales Consultants.
This is a field-based, consultative sales role where all leads are supplied and pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on meeting customers, understanding their needs and converting genuine opportunities into high-quality residential projects.
You’ll manage the customer journey from the initial in-home consultation through to quotation, design coordination and project handover.
Using product samples and 3D visualisation technology, you’ll help homeowners bring their ideas to life and recommend a solution that works for their property, lifestyle and budget.
The role offers significant autonomy, excellent earning potential and the support of an experienced, close-knit team.
Day to Day
- Meet prospective customers in their homes across your allocated territory
- Understand each customer’s lifestyle, design preferences, site requirements and budget
- Recommend tailored louvre solutions based on their individual needs
- Demonstrate products using samples and 3D visualisation technology
- Prepare accurate, commercially sound quotations
- Guide customers through design selections, specifications and revisions
- Take ownership of supplied leads and maintain consistent follow-up
About You We are looking for a confident, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of your results.
You’re comfortable working autonomously and managing your own territory, but you also value being part of a supportive team and contributing to a positive culture.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A proven track record in consultative, in-home, territory or field sales
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence preparing quotations
- A genuine interest in design, home improvement, manufacturing or construction
- Confidence using CRM systems, digital presentation tools and sales technology
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer appointments
Experience within trades, building products, construction, outdoor living or a related industry will be highly regarded. Comprehensive product, systems and sales-process training will be provided. What’s on Offer
