Candidate Requirements

● High-ticket closing experience

● Experience selling information products preferred

● Strong, confident communication

● The ability to maintain authority on a sales call

● Their own laptop

● Reliable internet

● Backup internet, such as a 5G phone hotspot

● A quiet working space

● Availability to work Australian hours A candidate should not progress if their voice is unclear, weak or lacks confidence and authority.

Two-Week Trial :

The trial lasts two weeks. Before starting, the candidate completes approximately one to two days of training covering:

●The sales script

● The CRM

● The onboarding and training documents

● The sales process The trial is commission-only. The sales rep earns: 15% commission on cash collected from sales they personally close. Trial reps do not receive regular bookings directly into their calendar. They can take opportunities from:

● Hot transfers from appointment setters

● Bookings posted in Slack because another closer is unavailable or running late

● Bookings from the spare calendar

● Follow-ups or no-shows available inside the CRM Opportunities posted in Slack are generally first in, best dressed.

The more available and proactive the candidate is, the better chance they have of passing the trial.

Trial Expectations The main trial target is:

● Five sales within a rolling seven-day period

● Approximately 40% live-call-to-sale conversion The candidate has two weeks to prove they can meet this standard. Sales opportunities accepted through Slack are counted as appointments in their KPIs. However, calls made to no-shows, follow-ups or available leads inside the CRM are not counted as current appointments. If the sales rep closes one of these leads:

● The sale still counts

● The appointment does not get added to their KPI total This means proactive CRM follow-up can significantly improve their appointment-to-sale and live-call-to-sale conversion rates. The more leads they call from the CRM, the more chances they have to make extra sales without increasing the number of appointments recorded against them. This makes it easier to hit the required conversion rate and pass the trial.

A candidate completing less than approximately four active hours per day during the trial may be removed, as this shows they are not taking the opportunity seriously.

Trial reps are expected to:

● Monitor Slack

● Accept as many suitable calls as possible

● Call available leads inside the CRM

● Complete follow-up

● Attend coaching

● Apply feedback quickly

● Keep accurate CRM notes Passing the trial is not guaranteed.

Expectations After Hiring

Once hired, the sales rep is expected to be available full-time. Minimum expectation:

● Monday to Friday

● At least eight hours per day

● Taking and making calls between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Sydney time Once added to the booking calendar, the rep can generally expect approximately three to five bookings per day. This is not a guarantee. Booking volume may change based on lead flow and team capacity.

Pay Options After Trial

After the trial, the company may offer one of two structures.

Option 1: Base Plus Commission The rep may receive a base payment plus commission. The exact structure will depend on performance and the formal offer. If the rep is paid hourly, they are only paid for active working time, including:

● Taking calls

● Making calls

● Completing genuine sales activity Their activity must be visible in the call logs and systems.

Option 2: Commission Only The rep may remain commission-only. Commission will generally range from: 10% to 15% of cash collected The commission rate will depend on performance. The full tiered structure will be explained if this option is offered.

Contractor and Employment Setup

Australian-Based Reps To work as a contractor and receive a base payment, the rep must have a Pty Ltd company. If they only have an ABN:

● They may work as a commission-only contractor

● They cannot receive a contractor base payment under the intended structure If they do not have a Pty Ltd company and want a base payment, they may need to be hired as a casual employee. Overseas Reps Overseas reps are engaged as contractors. They invoice the company weekly. Payroll Payroll is processed weekly.

The company

● Calculates cash collected

● Calculates the rep’s pay

● Generates the invoice for the rep

● Sends it to the rep for review
