Due to continued growth and an increased investment in retail engagement and training, they are expanding their Victorian team with a newly created opportunity.

Your new role

This is far more than a traditional sales role. As a Territory Sales & Training Specialist, you'll become the face of the brand across Victoria and Tasmania, working closely with some of Australia's leading consumer electronics retailers and specialist camera stores.

You'll spend your time building relationships in store, delivering engaging product demonstrations and training, organising exciting customer events, and ensuring the brand is showcased to the highest standard. Whether you're helping retail staff understand the latest camera technology, running a weekend product demonstration, or supporting a current product launch, you'll play a key role in bringing world-class technology to life for customers.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing a portfolio of retail stores across Victoria and Tasmania
- Building strong relationships with store teams and retail partners
- Delivering product, sales and brand training to retail staff
- Organising and running in-store activations, demonstrations and events
- Ensuring displays, merchandising and product ranges are maintained to a high standard
- Supporting major retail partners as well as independent specialist stores
- Assisting the Training Manager with training programmes, events and product launches
- Providing market insights,



competitor feedback and territory reporting
- Travelling throughout Victoria, Tasmania and occasionally interstate as required

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone energetic, commercially minded and passionate about photography, videography, imaging technology or consumer electronics.

You'll ideally bring

- Experience in retail sales, field sales, merchandising, training, brand ambassador or territory management roles
- A genuine interest in photography, cameras, video equipment or related technology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in delivering training and engaging with a variety of audiences
- The ability to build relationships and influence at store level
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive mindset with the desire to learn and grow within a global brand
- Flexibility to travel and participate in occasional weekend or after-hours events
