The Position

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager,



you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across the Sydney CBD and Wollongong territory. This is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, growing a territory and representing a much-loved food brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow sales within your designated territory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Present and sell the Bob & Pete’s product range
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Stay informed on products, market trends and competitors
- Represent the business at events and promotions

Skills & Experience

- Experience in bakery or food production (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for sales success
- Valid driver’s licence for territory travel
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
