This opportunity is with a global medical device company recognised for its trusted solutions and collaborative culture. With an expanding Aged Care portfolio and a strong local leadership team, they’re investing in growth and looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join their NSW team.

You’ll take ownership of an Aged Care territory spanning Sydney North & West, along with a regional territory in Central West. This role is focused on managing key accounts while identifying current business opportunities across capital and consumable products. Supported by an engaged clinical and commercial team, you’ll be empowered to make a genuine impact.

What background do you need for this role?

- Proven experience selling into Aged Care or healthcare environments for capital or consumable equipment.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the buying process in healthcare
- Ability to manage and grow a territory with autonomy and accountability
- Track record of delivering sales results and building long-term partnerships




- Experience in pressure care management or patient handling is advantageous
