Sales Support – Cobar

About the Role

As a Sales Support member, you will play a critical role in supporting internal sales operations, customer service functions, and our Regional Sales Representative. Your ability to manage enquiries, process orders accurately, and maintain efficient administrative systems will be essential to your success.

You will work closely with the sales, warehouse, and regional teams to ensure customer requirements are met promptly and professionally, helping drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Responding to incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing retail sales assistance to walk-in customers
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotes using SAP





- Managing customer backorder reports
- Updating supplier purchase order due dates
- Invoicing goods and distributing invoices to customers
- Maintaining accurate filing and administrative records
- Assisting with daily banking tasks
- Assisting with stocktake activities when required
- Assisting the storeperson as needed
- Maintaining a clean and professional front counter and showroom
- Supporting the Regional Sales Representative by assisting with customer quotations
- Adhering to company safety standards and procedures
