Our client, a mid-sized Federal Government department who delivers secure, quality homes and housing services for Australian Defence Force members and their families, require the services of multiple Technical Business Analysts. Duties of the Technical Business Analyst

- Acquire & apply detailed knowledge of business capabilities & familiarity with client Enterprise Applications to commence work quickly & effectively;
- Facilitate workshops & interviews with a variety of stakeholders to commence elicitation of requirements & validate your understanding of current state processes;
- Complete & document analysis of current state processes including personas, process mapping, pain point elicitation & identification of potential process reengineering opportunities;
- Analyse, interpret & compose business rules & requirements into acceptance criteria within user stories;
- Facilitate team-oriented solution design workshops within a multi-disciplinary team;
- Document the agreed design into functional specifications and other technical documents;
- Ensure that the solution addresses the business requirements captured in the acceptance criteria;
- Contribute to Enterprise Change Management (ECM) activities by completing showcases and creating content that enables user adoption of system changes.

Skills and Experience Required





- Experience & demonstrated skill in business analysis;
- Ability to apply human centred design & critical thinking to logically & comprehensively deconstruct processes & pain points;
- Ability to deliver valuable business analysis artefacts throughout the Software Development Life-Cycle;
- Proven track record to support the analysis tasks for a variety of project types including both UI focused front end projects & more technical system focused projects;
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS platform implementation including Salesforce.
