The Salesforce Architect designs and implements complex Salesforce solutions, defining the system landscape, identifying gaps, and integrating Salesforce with other applications. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design: Design highly scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions within the

Salesforce platform (including Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Technical Governance: Define best practices for code development, configuration,

integration, and deployment, ensuring governance standards are met.
- Integration Strategy: Determine the approach and technical architecture for integrating

Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, API Gateways, or custom APIs.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders,





translating complex business needs into explicit, technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams on Salesforce capabilities, security,

performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with 2+ years as a Certified

Salesforce Architect (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA path in progress).
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform

integrations.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects from discovery through deployment.
