Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Livestock Sales Support Officer to assist with weekly livestock sales, on Mondays. This role involves supporting the auction process, maintaining stock flow, and providing administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Assisting the auctioneer in the selling ring Moving livestock smoothly into and out of the ring at the right time
- Keeping stock flowing so sales run efficiently, Positioning animals so buyers can clearly see them while bidding
- Observing buyer interest and communicating signals (bids/nods) to the auctioneer if required
- Maintaining safety for people and animals at all times
- Assisting agents with buyer identification and recording bids
- Checking and confirming vendor details, stock numbers, and documentation

About You

- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- General Construction Induction Training Card (White card)
- Proven experience in service delivery administration with demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload,



and to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong stock-handling ability and awareness of livestock behaviour
- Ability to work fast-paced in a noisy environment
