Title : Project Manager - HCM

Contract Till : June 2027

Location : Olympic Park, NSW ( 3 days in office a MUST )

Pay rate : $1100 including super MUST HAVE : SAP HCM / Workforce / Employee Relation (ER) / SAP ECC

Responsibilities

- Led the delivery and implementation of the HCM ( Employee Relation / Workforce)
- Collaborated with stakeholders across recruitment, onboarding, HR, ICT, and operational teams to capture, validate, and manage business requirements

Skills

- Large-scale ICT, ERP, and HCM project delivery in government and enterprise environments.
- End-to-end project management, governance, planning, and BAU transition.
- Systems integration, data migration, and business process transformation.
- Stakeholder, vendor, and executive relationship management.
- Risk, budget, schedule, and perks management.
- PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Organisational change management and business readiness.
