Will define the roadmap and architecture to migrate legacy SAP APO SNP environments into SAP IBP Response & Supply and Inventory Optimization (IO) and integrating back to S/4 HANA ePPDS.
Additionally, you will design a resilient, phased architecture ensuring that these contemporary IBP models seamlessly integrate with current ERP landscape and naturally evolve to anchor future SAP S/4HANA digital transformation.
Give architectural supervision and decision support within and across relevant activities for relevant solution area.
Engage as architect to improve templates, standards and reference architectures and ensure adherence.
Participate in projects, change requests and other relevant activities like SME to provide (high-level) solution specifications, validate outcomes and when relevant take part of execution. Key Responsibilities:

Solution
Architecture & Design
Lead blueprints, solution discovery workshops, and fit-gap assessments with executive stakeholders.
Architect end-to-end planning templates that tie short-term operational execution with mid-to-long-term strategic targets.
Enforce rigorous governance standards across planning profiles, calculation graphs, and configuration objects.
- Response & Supply Planning (OBP)
Design / Configure Order-Based Planning (OBP) models to manage real-time supply responses, allocations, and deployment calculations.
Deploy rule-based prioritization algorithms and mathematical optimizers to resolve short-term capacity and material bottlenecks.
Standardize confirmation processes with source system.
3.
Inventory
Optimization (IO)
Design Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) models to establish ideal safety stock baselines across global nodes.
Map demand uncertainty and supply lead-time variability using built-in stochastic operators.
Deliver sensitivity models evaluating the trade-offs between working capital reduction and customer service levels.
4.
Technical
Integration & Data Management
Strategy real-time or batch data flows across systems like SAP S/4HANA, legacy ERPs, and external data lakes.
Supervise interface builds using native middleware such as Cloud Integration for Data Services (CPI-DS) and Real-Time Integration (RTI) Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in SAP supply chain solutions, with at least 10 years in SAP IBP.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Response & Supply and Inventory Optimization.
Good exposure to Inventory Optimization (Safety Stock, Multi-Echelon calculations) and Supply Planning modules of IBP.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning methodologies.
Experience with integration tools and technologies (RTI, SDI, CPI-DS etc.).
Excellent English communication skills, written as well as verbally.
