We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Residential Sales Agent to join our centralised Inbound/Outbound Sales team.

This is a pure phone-based sales role, where success is defined by your ability to convert opportunities, generate revenue, and consistently hit targets. Based in Geelong, you’ll manage inbound enquiries and execute outbound sales activity while contributing to performance across the South Region.

What you’ll be doing

Handling a high volume of inbound sales calls, converting enquiries into bookings

Delivering structured outbound call activity to follow up leads, quotes, and lapsed customers

Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise value on every interaction

Confidently managing objections and closing sales on the spot

Maintaining strong daily call activity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes

Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems

Thriving in a rapid-paced, KPI-driven sales environment

Solid conversion performance across inbound and outbound calls
