The Role

We are seeking experienced Resin Floor Layers to join a tight-knit, quality-driven team. This is not a "labourer" role—we need people who understand the chemistry of the pour, the discipline of preparation, and the standard of a flawless finish.

You will be responsible for:

- Full concrete surface preparation.
- Application of various resin systems (epoxy, polyurethane, MMA, etc.).
- Mixing, priming, screeding, and sealing to specification.
- Working to strict safety and quality control standards on live project sites.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in resin flooring (minimum 2+ years).





Concrete preparation expertise – you know that a poor prep = a failed floor.

A solid understanding of safety protocols (working with chemicals, dust control, edge protection).

A team player attitude – we work hard, we look out for each other, and we do it right the first time.

Valid construction induction (White Card).

Ability to read and follow technical data sheets and drawings.
