I'm currently recruiting for experienced Temporary Legal Assistants across Property, Litigation and Commercial Law, supporting respected Partners and legal teams within well-established firms.

These assignments range from short-term leave cover through to longer-term opportunities, with some offering the potential to become permanent.

The Opportunities We are partnering with a number of leading Melbourne law firms seeking experienced Legal Assistants who can confidently step into busy teams and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities may include:

- Supporting Partners and Lawyers across Property, Litigation or Commercial practices
- Diary management, travel and meeting coordination
- Drafting legal correspondence and preparing documentation
- Opening and closing files and maintaining matter records
- Billing, timesheets and general practice administration
- Liaising with clients, Counsel and external stakeholders
- Managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently




- Providing seamless support during periods of leave, increased workflow or project work

About You To be considered, you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm
- Previous experience in Property, Litigation or Commercial Law
- The ability to quickly adapt to new teams and systems
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive and professional approach
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Availability to commence immediately

These roles require candidates who can confidently hit the ground running. Applicants without prior legal assistant experience within a law firm will not be considered.
