About the role

dollar curtains + binds are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager for our Pakenham store who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building solid relationships with customers.

Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management.

Meet and exceed sales targets by driving sales and developing customer relationships.

Train, coach and develop team members to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.





Managing staffing levels and schedule staff according to business needs.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ensure that the store is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience with inventory management and cash handling.
