Delta Ag Finance is the dedicated finance broking business of Delta Agribusiness, operating nationally from our existing branch network. We specialise in farmland finance, equipment finance, and livestock finance, solutions delivered by people who understand agriculture from the ground up.

Delta Finance operates in partnership with Riverland Lending Services (RLS), a division of Elders Limited (ACL 391835). Established in 2002, RLS is one of Australia's most experienced agricultural finance brokerages, bringing an accredited lender panel, specialist agri finance systems,



and deep rural expertise to every client relationship.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a background in agri banking or agricultural finance broking to join Delta Ag Finance as a Finance Broker in Dubbo. This is a branch-based role, embedded within our established Delta Ag Dubbo location, giving you access to existing client relationships and the full support of the RLS accredited lender network from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, structure, and settle finance transactions across farmland, equipment, and livestock products for clients across the Dubbo region
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis, matching clients with the right solution from the RLS-accredited lender panel and managing the process end-to-end through to settlement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, staff, and lender representatives, while collaborating with Delta Ag teams to identify new finance opportunities

To be successful you will need





We will only consider candidates with experience in agri banking or agricultural finance broking. A genuine understanding of rural clients, seasonal finance, and agricultural asset classes is essential.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in agri banking or agricultural finance broking
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or a genuine commitment to obtaining it)
- Strong understanding of agricultural business cycles, rural asset classes, and seasonal lending requirements
- Existing client relationships in the Dubbo region or broader rural NSW markets (highly regarded)
- A commitment to achieving team goals, highly developed interpersonal skills, and dedication to client service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
