A recent opportunity is available for a reliable and adaptable individuals to join our day shift team in Hoppers Crossing. The role will be responsible for cooking with a deep fryer, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of food products in accordance with company HACCP and OHS quality procedures. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen, contributing to the creation of our delicious products.

Our ideal applicant must have a current Food Handlers with previous experience working in a Food or Beverage warehouse environment.

Qualifications & experience

- At least 6+ months work experience within the food manufacturing industry
- HACCP Quality assurance knowledge
- A strong understanding of food safety systems
- Attention to detail and outstanding time management
- Experience with food is desirable
- Team player attitude with the ability to be proactive and work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Move and handle dough buckets, lifting to 10kg
- Pack finished products ready for dispatch
- Perform quality assurance checks
- General warehouse duties as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Contribute to our hygiene safe workplace standards
- Ensure adequate supplies of packing consumables are always on hand to meet production requirements.
