Vawdrey Australia is the nation's leading manufacturer of quality semi trailers and associated transport equipment. As Australia's largest independent trailer builder, Vawdrey aims to consistently improve the standard of design and quality within the country's trailer building industry.

We are currently recruiting multiple Trailer Mechanics for our Larapinta workshop. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisorand the State manager, theTrailer Mechanics wouldperform repair and maintenance services on trailers.

Key responsibilities:

- Servicing and repairing of trailer equipment;
- Diagnosing problems and servicingmechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems;
- Rebuilding and assembly of trailer components where required;
- Working on preventative maintenance andinspections;




- General housekeeping & manual handling tasks around the workshop;
- Ability to perform basic welding is valued

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Previous experience working on trailers
- Valuable communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
