We're looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse Coordinator who is organised, compassionate, clinically confident, and passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position based in our Cairns office, coordinating care for clients living in their own homes.

You'll work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations, Operations Manager, Registered Nurses and Caregivers to ensure our clients receive exceptional, person-centred care.

No two days are the same. You'll balance clinical coordination with relationship building, problem solving and supporting our amazing team in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating a portfolio of home care clients

- Completing client assessments and care planning within your scope

- Supporting caregivers with clinical guidance and day-to-day problem solving

- Liaising with clients, families, support coordinators, hospitals, GPs and allied health professionals

- Monitoring service quality and ensuring documentation remains accurate and compliant

- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives





- Conducting home visits throughout the Cairns region

About You

You are someone who genuinely cares about people and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and your team.

You'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

- Community, disability or aged care experience

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong clinical judgement within your scope of practice

- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing tasks

- Confidence using technology and electronic clinical documentation systems

- A current driver's licence

Flexibility & On Call

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday.

As we provide care 24 hours a day, some flexibility to assist outside standard business hours is required from time to time.

You will also participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster, providing support to our after-hours team when required.
