Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to patients undergoing complex haematology and bone marrow transplant treatment in a highly skilled clinical team.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (1x). Position Classification: Enrolled Nurse. Remuneration: $75,011.91 - $81,508.14 per annum. Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours). Location: Haematology BMT – Westmead Hospital.

This unit is a premier centre in NSW for blood transplants and advanced cell therapies, offering an exceptional opportunity to develop specialist skills in a highly supportive environment. The service is backed by a strong clinical leadership and education structure, ensuring you are well supported in your role and development.
Care for patients with complex haematologic and transplant needs. Work in a premier NSW centre for blood transplants and cell therapies. Supported by experienced Clinical Coordinators, CNCs and NUM. Comprehensive training provided across all aspects of the role. Join a collaborative, highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision.
- Monitor, recognize and escalaten changes in patient condition appropriately.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure protected care.

Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

- Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
