Role Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Compensation

Specialization: Talent Management, Compensation

Level: Senior / Lead Consultant

Mode: Fixed time contract

What will your day look like?

- Manage and strengthen customer relationships to achieve shared business goals
- Perform product design and conduct gap analysis against standard SAP functionality
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions on time
- Plan, prioritise, and manage multiple project activities effectively
- Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders
- Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions
- Participate in all project phases (Design, Build, Testing, UAT, Deployment, Hypercare) in an Agile/SaaS environment
- Perform fit-gap analysis and assess feasibility of requirements
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions and prototypes
- Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
- Conduct system demos and walkthroughs
- Assist with data migration and cutover activities
- Provide post go-live support and continuous improvements
- Identify risks, issues, and drive resolution with project teams

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage communication across all phases of delivery
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and cross-functional teams




- Contribute to service improvement and value delivery

? Must Have Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules:
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- Succession & Development
- Proven experience in SAP HR / People Operations / HR IT
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant (Talent modules)
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors ecosystem and integrations
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and deployment
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and HCM concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
