Role Description This part-time remote Scheduler / Coordinator role at Lab Grown Diamonds Magazine focuses on organizing and maintaining editorial and production schedules. The Scheduler / Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, interviews, and deadlines with writers, editors, designers, and external partners.

Responsibilities include tracking assignments, confirming availability, sending reminders, and updating schedules as priorities shift. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in scheduling tools, supporting workflow documentation, and communicating clearly with team members to ensure timely delivery of content. The Scheduler / Coordinator may assist with basic administrative tasks such as preparing agendas, summarizing action items, and supporting process improvements for the editorial team.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.




- Proficiency with digital calendars, project management or scheduling tools, and general computer literacy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including qualified email communication and meeting coordination.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking tasks, updating records, and following established workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
- Familiarity or interest in media, publishing, or the jewelry/diamond industry is beneficial.
- Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, administrative support, or operations is preferred but not required.
