Secondary Science Teacher.

Fixed term (Term 4 2026) – Part-time (0.5-0.6FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

Are you a passionate, cutting-edge Science teacher ready to make a real impact? We are seeking an exceptional and engaging Secondary Science teacher to cover a period of leave. Be part of a thriving school consistently recognised for excellent ATAR results, a range of VET and Certificate courses, and a focus on guiding students to reach their full potential.

Duties:

- Plan and deliver Science lessons to Secondary students, creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
- Prepare and implement effective assessments to track and report on student progress.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged.




- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians and colleagues regarding student progress.

Essential Requirements:

- Current registration with the WA Teachers Registration Board
- Knowledge and experience of the WA Science Curriculum.

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience teaching Science at Secondary levels, with an emphasis on Lower Secondary year groups.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Evidence of providing a differentiated curriculum.
- Willingness to contribute to wider school programs, including co-curricular, camps or other school-based activities.

Relevant qualification and experiences will be accepted. Applicants will also need a valid Working with Children card (or willingness to obtain one).
