Casual Educator – Pimpama

Competitive hourly rate of $38.71 – $47.68, with 12.5% above-award pay and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement engaging play‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Provide a secure, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently working towards one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check for Queensland.
- Experience working as an Educator within Australia (highly regarded).




- Genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
- Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
