The Opportunity:

- Full-Time | Fixed-Term contract of employment for 12 months.
- PW7 $97,971 - $107,908 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
- Chadstone Campus – onsite parking with close proximity to public transport.

The Registrar’s Department is at the heart of Holmesglen’s commitment to providing a seamless and supportive learning environment. As the Team Leader – Student Success, you will lead a team dedicated to creating meaningful pathways for students to thrive. You will oversee the delivery of proactive support strategies, early intervention initiatives and coordinated services that help students navigate challenges and achieve their study goals. With a focus on people leadership,



collaboration and service excellence, you will play a key role in strengthening Student Success practices across Holmesglen.

As a Student Success Team Leader, you will:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver student success initiatives that improve engagement, retention and outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team that delivers proactive, inclusive and student-centred support.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, service enhancements and innovative approaches to strengthen student success practices.
- Use data, insights and reporting to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness and inform service improvements.
- Build strong partnerships across Holmesglen to support coordinated services and enhance the overall student experience.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Demonstrated experience leading student success, student support or related services, with a focus on improving engagement, retention and outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, service improvements and continuous improvement activities within a complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence positive outcomes.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform improvements.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience in student services, education, administration, learner engagement, community services, leadership or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

WWCC and Police Check:

Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Victorian ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
