SpeedFit Springwood is Queensland's first SpeedFit studio, delivering innovative EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) personal training through personalised 20-minute sessions that help clients improve strength, fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Personal Trainer / EMS Fitness Coach to join our growing team and deliver exceptional client experiences while helping members achieve real, measurable results.

- $37–$42 per hour + performance bonuses
- Paid 2-week SpeedFit EMS Instructor Training

About the Role

- As a SpeedFit EMS Fitness Coach, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective and motivating 20-minute EMS personal training sessions
- Build genuine relationships with clients and support their health and fitness journey
- Motivate members to achieve outstanding results
- Provide coaching, encouragement and accountability




- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences
- Maintain a professional, energetic and welcoming studio environment
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team culture

About You

- You'll be someone who:
- Holds a Certificate III or IV in Fitness (essential)
- Has a genuine passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing
- Enjoys building strong relationships with clients
- Has excellent communication and motivational skills
- Is reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- Is committed to continual learning and personal development
- Wants to build a long-term career within the fitness industry
- Previous experience in Personal Training, Sales, Hospitality, Retail or Customer Service will be highly regarded.
- More importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, positive energy, and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
