As our business continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and experienced Frame Builders to join our team based in Rocklea, QLD.

About the Role

As a Frame Builder, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling steel framing components in accordance with engineering drawings and production schedules. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble steel framing components to specification.




- Operate hand and power tools, as well as light fabrication equipment.
- Ensure all components are manufactured accurately and meet engineering specifications.
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow company quality assurance procedures, safe work practices and production standards.
- Work collaboratively with Leading Hands and Production Supervisors to achieve daily production targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in steel framing, manufacturing, fabrication or a workshop environment.
- Experience using hand and power tools within a workshop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
