People Tank Pty Ltd Collingwood VIC 3066 Full Time $80,000 – $85,000 + Super People Tank Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based learning and development consultancy delivering leadership development, qualified training and organisational capability solutions to corporate and government clients across Australia. We are seeking a full-time Learning Operations & Creative Specialist to support the coordination and administration of learning and development projects and programs. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning and development projects from initiation through to completion, including scheduling, resource coordination, documentation, risk tracking, and monitoring project deliverables
- Support project planning, implementation and continuous improvement activities to ensure learning solutions align with client requirements, timelines and business objectives
- Liaise with clients, facilitators, consultants and internal stakeholders to coordinate project delivery, manage communications and monitor program progress across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain accurate project, financial and client records using CRM and operational systems,



including invoicing support, project tracking and reporting functions
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and participant feedback, prepare project reports and contribute to operational and process improvements
- Coordinate learning materials, program resources and stakeholder communications to support the successful delivery of leadership development and training initiatives
- Support operational planning, pipeline coordination and administrative activities associated with learning and development projects and programs

Skills & Experience

- Relevant qualification and/or relevant experience in program coordination, project administration, learning operations or similar
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM, project management or learning management systems will be highly regarded
