What You Will Be Doing

- Providing phone and face-to-face customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing sales
- Coordinating dispatch activities
- Managing emails and customer correspondence
- Processing invoicing and maintaining records
- Scheduling bookings and operational activities
- Supporting general administrative functions

What You Will Need

- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Confidence with invoicing and dispatch processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask
- High level of attention to detail




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, physical assessment, and Drug & Alcohol screen
