GDev is looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support our customers and Construction team after handover.

You’ll manage maintenance requests from initial enquiry through to completion, coordinating customers, Site Supervisors, trades and suppliers. You’ll also assist with subdivisions and provide backup support for utilities, giving you exposure to several areas of residential construction.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Managing maintenance and defect requests from report through to close out.
- Coordinating inspections and works with customers, site supervisors, trades and suppliers.
- Tracking outstanding actions and keeping customers and sellers informed.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation within company systems.
- Identifying and escalating urgent or high risk matters.
- Coordinating subdivision documentation, applications and approvals.
- Providing backup support for utilities coordination, when required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Administration, coordination or customer service experience, ideally within construction.




- Solid organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and follow matters through to completion.
- A positive, practical and proactive approach.
- Experience with Onsite Companion, building maintenance, subdivisions or utilities will be highly regarded.
