About the Role

As a Property Manager, you'll work closely with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and colleagues to ensure properties are managed professionally and clients receive outstanding service.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Shepparton, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve day-to-day property matters
- Conducting routine inspections
- Managing enquiries and tenancy matters
- Assisting with lease renewals and documentation
- Maintaining compliance and accurate records




- Supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes
